It’s December in Indiana and it’s been almost 2 months of consistent grey skies. I was looking back at pictures from the fall and realized how much I miss the beauty of it. The blue skies, bright sun, green grass and living plants.
I also miss being able to enjoy grilling some fatty bacon. I still try to grill in the winter but it’s more of an in and out quickie than an enjoyable affair. Definitely not barefoot. Luckily my sweatpants are comfortable enough for season changes But there are things to enjoy about winter as well I guess. The chance to slow down.
